Description The Corp Dev Integration Analyst will partner with Apple's Corporate Development team to deliver the successful integration of acquired companies globally. For each acquisition, this person will contribute to multiple integration work streams, build integration plans, review data, identify issues and drive decisions while coordinating with experts throughout Apple. Responsibilities: Conduct due diligence and decision making as a member of the core deal team to support integration planning Participate in the end-to-end integration process from performing due diligence, creating an integration plan and organizing Day One Track and document post-close integration activities until final completion Establish integration approach for smaller acquisitions and assist on larger, more complex transactions Identify roles and responsibilities for cross-functional inte
