1-year contract, renewable Government project Hybrid work arrangement As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work as a key project team member to support the ministry and collaborate with stakeholders, fellow project managers, solution architects, technical services consultants and vendors to deliver leading-edge digital solutions. You are a pro-active, self-motivated and resourceful team member with good tech/digital knowledge and possess strong influencing and people handling skills. You are also adept at balancing multiple projects concurrently while constantly looking for new ways to apply digital technologies to meet identified Agency and citizen/business needs. What will you be working on Partner with the business teams to elicit citizen/business and agencys needs through human-centric and visual methods Apply design thinking / service design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with GovTechs technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG tech stack) Work with fellow GovTechies and agency's teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria Ensure product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (operations management) Assist the team to identify new opportunities and problems to solve for the agencys digital transformation Build deep knowledge of agencys business and operations and identify opportunities to support the transformation of agencys business / operation What we are looking for Minimum 5-7 years in technical business analysis roles Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices LLM In
