THE MANDATE Be the technical authority in every client engagement. Win the technical sale. Own the integration. Hold the relationship, from first demo through to a live, expanding deployment, and beyond. Keep clients technically healthy, operationally resilient, and growing. The primary mandate is to win the technical sale and deliver integrations to a live, stable standard. ROLE PURPOSE The Senior Solutions Engineer is a senior technical presence in the client relationship. You own the full lifecycle from the first technical discovery call through proof-of-concept, integration design, live deployment, and ongoing technical account management. You are the reason clients say yes, the reason integrations go live on schedule, and the reason deployments expand. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success because its primary accountability is ensuring clients realise value throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to adoption, retention, and expansion. What you learn in the field shapes how iiDENTIFii sells, supports, and builds. It demands deep technical credibility in API and SDK-driven environments, sharp commercial instinct, and the communication range to move between a client's security architect and their CFO in the same meeting. Experience in biometric identity, KYC, fintech, or highly regulated B2B technology environments is a strong advantage. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Pre-Sales Technical Leadership Own the pre-sales technical outcome end-to-end.
