Job Family : Technology Consulting Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do : As a Business Analyst, you will support an Agile team delivering capabilities for an enterprise financial software system and web application. You will translate business and system needs into clear requirements, user stories, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, designers, architects, developers, and delivery teams. Analyze business systems, user needs, and operational processes to develop clear requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and supporting documentation. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify scope, confirm priorities, and translate requirements into actionable work for development teams. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization in partnership with the Product Owner and Scrum Master. Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, data flows, test scenarios, requirements traceability, wireframes, mockups, and status materials. Present requirements, product features, metrics, and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences. Coordinate with program, project, architecture, technical, and delivery teams to support Agile execution across a large program. What You Will Need : Bachelor’s degree, or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Three (3) or more years of Business Analyst experience supporting Agile software development or technology implementation projects. Strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and project management practices. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing strategic objectives with detailed requirements. Experience using Jira and Confluence to support Agile delive
