Position Details Location:Remote Schedule:School-day hours (aligned with student schedules) Employment Type:1099 (Independent Contractor) and W2 options available Availability: 20 hrs a week (M-F 12:30-4:30, August start) This is aremote, school-based Occupational Therapist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support. Key Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs Conduct assessments and implement interventions Develop goals and track student progress Complete documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders Scheduling Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Scheduling is aligned with student availability Structured caseloads and scheduling support Requirements Requirements Active North Carolina license Experience working in ECATS Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred) Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems Reliable internet
