Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible for LSP management for India overland Responsible for evaluation of logistics service providers (LSPs) during the tendering process, including assessing operational capabilities, audit  hubs , service quality, and alignment with organizational objectives. Responsible to use data-driven metrics (SLAs, KPIs, scorecards) to continuously improve cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.  Perform ageing reports and proactively address any deviations.   Conduct defined review cycles with LSPs at regular frequency. Take necessary escalations and initiate systematic problem-solving approach, for example PDCA cycle to ensure future enhancements. Proactively engage fast problem recognition, and take actions proactively, to avoid/eliminate escalations and complaints from internal customers  Be the contact point for any inquiries from internal customers in the region and collaborate with LSP managers and network design experts to seek for collaboration and optimization of network.  Conduct Hypercare/Taskforce for change management/ routes with recurring deviations.  Be the point of contact for LSPs towards any support with invoice payments, change management etc. Support internal stakeholders for Penalty and claims management topics.   Educational qualification: Degree in computer science, engineering, business, supply chain or economics from a reputable university. Experience : 3+ years of experience in LSP-management and existing network with major LSPs.  Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Strong presentation ski
