Job Description
Execute project management activities, including regular project meetings, risk assessments, release gate preparations, and related governance tasks. Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and management through presentations and status reports. Participate in change impact analyses during business discussions and provide the necessary inputs throughout all project phases. Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with Process Experts for Maestro and ERP solutions. Organize, facilitate, and moderate business process discussions, workshops, and process definition sessions. Coordinate and support testing activities, data migration processes, and end-user training initiatives. Organize and support data cleansing, data validation, and analytics activities. Schedule and facilitate stakeholder review meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making. Create, maintain, and update project and process documentation. Prepare and deliver monthly project status reports. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and quality standards. Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in consulting or supply chain management Strategic thinker with a strong mindset for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Passion for and commitment to a vision of a digitalized, flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled Supply Chain of the future. Proven experience leading projects related to IT implementations and business transformation initiatives.
