Summary We are seeking a highly driven, experienced professional to manage production scheduling, order lifecycles, and direct customer accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our production floor and our clients, ensuring that manufacturing schedules align perfectly with customer demand and shipment commitments. Detailed Description Production Scheduling & Planning: Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed production schedules based on actual orders, demand forecasts, and customer profiles. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze capacity, cycle times, urgency, and material availability to build efficient, realistic manufacturing schedules. Impact Assessment & Shipment Planning: Evaluate how customer scheduling requests affect internal operations (line scheduling, procurement, logistics) and deliver clear, actionable shipment plans to clients. Dynamic Schedule Maintenance: Proactively adjust plans based on actual vs. target performance, shifting customer priorities, demand fluctuations, and material availability. Coordination & Expediting: Oversee shop order releases and material kitting. Pinpoint parts shortages early and collaborate with teams to expedite materials to keep production on track. Performance & Revenue Tracking: Monitor production output, packing timelines, and revenue commitment plans to ensure business targets are met. Logistics Management: Arrange and track shipments against customer commit dates proactively identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Shipping departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and secure shipment dates. Continuous Improvement: Champion production processes to meet or exceed quality, output, and operational efficiency targets.
