For more information, please visit our Role Overview WeWork is seeking an Senior Associate, Architecture to support the development, documentation, and evolution of architectural standards and design innovations across our global portfolio. This role is ideal for an early-career architect with strong design fundamentals, a systems-oriented mindset, and an interest in workplace strategy and scalable design solutions. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, workplace strategists, engineers, and operations teams to help translate design vision into repeatable, high-quality built environments. Key Responsibilities Design Standards & Documentation Support the development and maintenance of global architectural standards, guidelines, and toolkits Assist in producing drawings, details, diagrams, and templates for standardized design elements Help ensure design consistency, quality, and constructability across projects Support the development, documentation, implementation, and ongoing evolution of WeWork architectural standards, including tracking updates and conducting quarterly audits of BOQs and Revit template
