JOB DESCRIPTION We are building a modern private cloud platform by treating infrastructure as a software product. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex distributed systems problems, building automation, and enabling developers through scalable platform solutions. You will work on Kubernetes/OpenShift-based platforms, develop APIs and automation, and improve reliability and scalability across hybrid environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities Design and develop platform components, including Kubernetes/OpenShift operators and APIs Build automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Go, Python, or similar languages Develop scalable microservices and platform services Improve reliability through monitoring, observability, and automated recovery Collaborate with application teams to enable self-service cloud capabilities Contribute to CI/CD and GitOps workflows Mentor team members and promote best practices in coding and system design QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Required 6-10 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or SRE Strong programming skills in Go or Python Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation Preferred Experience with tools such as ArgoCD, Tekton, Helm, or Kustomize Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) Understanding of service mesh concepts (e.g., Istio) and secure networking Exposure to hybrid or on-premise cloud environments Experience mentoring or leading engineering initiatives
