Department: Multimedia / Creative Services Reports To: General Manager / Director Job Summary The Multimedia Department Manager is responsible for leading the company’s multimedia team in creating high-quality visual, digital, and multimedia content that supports branding, marketing, corporate communications, and business objectives. The role oversees project planning, creative direction, team management, budgeting, and timely delivery of multimedia projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the multimedia department, including designers, photographers, videographers, editors, animators, and digital content creators. * Develop creative strategies aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives. * Plan, assign, and supervise multimedia projects from concept to completion. * Ensure all multimedia content meets company quality standards and brand guidelines. * Manage video production, photography, graphic design, animation, motion graphics, and digital media projects. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and other departments to support promotional campaigns and corporate initiatives. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery. * Review and approve creative concepts, designs, videos, and other multimedia materials before publication. * Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and multimedia best practices to improve department capabilities. * Oversee procurement and maintenance of multimedia equipment and software. * Develop departmental SOPs and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. * Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate multimedia team members. * Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and intellectual property regulations. * Prepare departmental reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for management.
