About the role Chime’s Legal team is seeking a Lead Counsel, Litigation and Regulatory to help manage the company’s growing litigation docket and regulatory matters. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, including consumer litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. You will advise business partners on litigation and regulatory risk, help shape Chime’s dispute resolution strategy, and leverage data, analytics, AI-enabled technologies, and other emerging tools to drive operational excellence across the Legal function. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, business-minded attorney with strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $177,000.00 and up to $245,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
