Role summary · Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid) As Digital Marketing Manager for LATAM , you will be the driving force behind Payoneer’s digital customer acquisition across the region. Sitting within the Central team and reporting directly to the Director of Acquisition, you will own end-to-end digital performance from paid search and social to SEO, website experience, and conversion optimization. You will work hand-in-hand with the regional marketing team to build, execute, and continuously improve campaigns that generate measurable business growth, with ROAS at the heart of every decision you make. What you’ll do · Own all digital acquisition activity across the LATAM region — defining the strategy, setting the roadmap, and driving execution across paid and organic channels · Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms) across LATAM markets, working closely with the regional marketing team to ensure campaigns are locally relevant and commercially sharp · Own the digital marketing budget for the region — managing allocation, forecasting spend, and holding yourself accountabl
