Job Description
· Supervise and make sure that production items arestored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method. · Monitor quality and quantity of raw material items.Inspecting stock items for defects and report to management. · Responsible for the incoming and outgoing rawmaterials and finished products · Should involve in stock count and QC processes. · Execute any adhoc duties as assigned · Weekly check packing material and reorderaccordingly. · Supervise the received deliveries and ensureappropriate storage location of goods · Display good communication and human relation skills as per food servicemanager's directions · Conduct administrative and Human Resources management functions withsupervised staff. · Offer advice, counsel and instruction to staff members. · Stick to sanitation and safety program. · Ensure proper labelling& storing of goods received · Ensure accurate update ofgoods received and goods issued into system · Should be flexible to work in shifts, split shitsand in rotational weekly off. · Capacity to work under pressure during theextremely busy period. · Need to understand the customer requirements, asper order.
