Job Descriptions: Take care of company general affairs and administrative duties. Manage daily administration tasks, documentation, and coordination Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices for customers Responsible for sourcing on electronics and mechanical parts Responsible follow through purchase requisitions Follow up on purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure materials are delivered within specifications Maintain appropriate levels of stock and track records of inventories Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to supervisor Any other ad-hoc as assigned Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel / Words / PowerPoint Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong sense of initiative and teamwork No prior experience is welcomed, on job training will be provided
