Duties and responsibilities: · Responsible to prepare full set of accounts · Perform bank reconciliation · Preparation of accounting schedules · Assist on client yearly audit · Preparation of payroll, CPF/IR8A form for clients · To prepare / review necessary data or work papers from clients so as to prepare for quarterly GST tax returns. · Preparation and computation of local taxes, submission of tax return and compliance with local tax regulations · Withholding tax advisory and filing · Assist to review tax work prepared by junior staff · Respond within short time frame as well as anticipating client queries · Keeping clients informed of tax status progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided · Assist to manage a portfolio of clients including control of billings and outstanding invoices · Correspond with IRAS tax officers on any ad hoc tax matters · Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate income tax and GST. · Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) · Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines · Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate income tax and GST. · Tax planning and advice to client · Prepare unaudited financial statements · Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Manager and Director Requirements · Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. · At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. · Preferably to be an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) · Preferably Junior and Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Audit and Tax or equivalent. · Candidate with audit and tax experience will be added advantage · Able to perform good quality work in a capable, efficient and appropriate manner. · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Able to work independently under tight deadlines · Able to multi-task · Pos
