Senior Finance Business Partner (Financial Planning & Analysis) An established organisation is seeking an experienced finance professional to partner closely with senior leadership in driving strategic growth, commercial performance, and operational excellence. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making through financial planning, business partnering, performance analysis, and commercial insights across the organisation. Some of the key responsibilities will include: • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to deliver commercial insights that support strategic planning, business performance, and operational decision-making. • Lead the preparation of financial models, annual budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and support long-term planning. • Analyse operational and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability, optimise costs, and enhance business outcomes. • Support the evaluation of strategic initiatives, investments, partnerships, and expansion opportunities through robust financial analysis and business case assessments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Operations, to support workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity improvement initiatives. • Facilitate regular financial performance reviews with budget owners, providing meaningful insights and challenging assumptions to strengthen financial accountability. • Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and performance updates to support management and leadership discussions. • Drive continuous improvements across finance processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
