About the Role The Senior Behavioral Care Manager oversees the full lifecycle of care coordination for members in our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (VIOP), ensuring that each member and their family has a seamless, supportive, and effective treatment experience from admission through discharge. This includes screening and qualifying prospective members for program eligibility, conducting clinical outreach to families, and onboarding new members. You will also manage case coordination, facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams, and support members and caregivers throughout their VIOP journey. This role is a great fit if you can navigate complex clinical and administrative challenges with a solution focused mindset, effectively communicate and advocate for members’ needs in alignment with treatment goals, and find satisfaction in leading collaborations with cross-functional teams.
