As a Senior Product Designer in our Supply Division you will help shape our team, influence the future of our Operations Management Platform, and make a direct impact on how FlixTrain operates every day. Our team builds the Operations Management Platform — a greenfield suite of tools that powers how FlixTrain runs its railway operations day to day. This means complex, data-dense software used by dispatchers, fleet managers, and operations teams in a regulated environment where clarity and precision are not a nice-to-have but a safety requirement. Think less "clean consumer app" and more "mission-critical back office that needs to be both efficient and humane". This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that builds software products from scratch. As such, the role involves significant product discovery in the design process, as we work to identify the most efficient and effective workflows and user experiences. Our designers collaborate with several teams working on a single platform, rotating between teams and capabilities. This approach fosters close interaction with another designer, helps to eliminate silos in UX concepts, and ensures a cohesive user experience across the Operations Management Platform being developed by the teams.
