Location : Orchard We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the daily operations of a dynamic hospitality venue. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving beverage innovation, and ensuring smooth and profitable bar operations. As a key member of the F&B leadership team, you will shape the bar’s identity through creativity, service excellence, and strong team leadership while creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities Bar Operations & Guest Experience Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure high service standards Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests Maintain a strong floor presence and build positive guest relationships Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations Beverage Programme & Innovation Develop and manage beverage menus including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options Create signature drinks and seasonal offerings aligned with brand identity Monitor industry trends and refresh menus to enhance guest experience Ensure consistency in drink preparation, quality, and presentation Leadership & Team Management Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service Conduct staff training on product knowledge and cocktail preparation Manage staff scheduling, manpower planning, and team productivity Foster a positive and collaborative team culture Financial & Operational Management Monitor bar revenue, profitability, and cost control Manage inventory, beverage costing, and wastage reduction Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue Coordinate with suppliers and support procurement processes Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations Promote responsible alcohol service practices Ensure bar equipment and facilities are properly maintained Requireme
