As a Sales Enablement Manager supporting our international team, you'll work closely with international sales teams, their leaders, enablement peers, and cross-functional partners to execute programmes and provide ongoing training that accelerates the performance of sales professionals. A day in the life Develop, facilitate, and sustain engaging and impactful training sessions and programmes (both live and on-demand) for ramped and unramped AEs, including measuring impact on performance Customise the sales motion for the SMB segment, including talk tracks and positioning Own communications to the SMB segment Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver training content Support sales leadership in executing initiatives that drive key metrics and attainment of sales goals Reinforce tools that enhance seller performance Maintain training and enablement materials Execute training events and occasional onsite meetings What you'll need to thrive Direct sales experience in a closing role with a track record of high performance Proven expertise in sales methodologies such as Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, or MEDDPICC, with a demonstrated ability to drive adoption and measurable results Previous sales enablement or training experience (formal or informal) Proven track record of coaching and mentorship Project management and content creation experience Strong decision-making skills and execution ability Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to understand the sales process and identify strengths and development areas in sellers, with a structured ap
