Reports To: Client Service Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a designated book of clients, managing their insurance needs with minimal oversight. Lead the renewal and remarketing process, coordinating with carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing. Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage gaps, policy structures, and strategic insurance decisions. Oversee onboarding of new accounts, including collection and analysis of underwriting data. Troubleshoot complex client issues, working with underwriters and internal teams to resolve problems efficiently. Manage endorsements, claims inquiries, audits, and other service items with high attention to detail. Utilize AMS360 to maintain comprehensive, accurate client records and document all servicing activities. Mentor or support more junior account team members as needed. Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes impacting clients. 3–5 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines. Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships. Strong understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems. Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
