We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Purpose of the Role Provide global leadership and end-to-end accountability for the digital product portfolio, driving strategy, execution, and performance to deliver measurable commercial and operational outcomes. Translate digital capabilities into tangible business value—accelerating revenue growth, increasing customer adoption, and driving operational efficiency—while positioning digital products as a core driver of competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities Own the global digital product portfolio, including iCON, Quote & Book, and RMS (Rate Management System), with full accountability for performance, adoption, and return on investment Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes Lead end-to-end product development and delivery, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and strong ownership of intellectual property Drive digital revenue performance, increasing bookings, conversion rates, and customer engagement across digital channels Lead global rollout and adoption across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, balancing global consistency with regional relevance Embed change and drive adoption at scale, establishing structured training programmes, champion networks, and continuous feedback loops Continuously optimise product performance through data-driven insights, user feedback, and analytics Ensure alignment with operational and commercial realities, delivering practical, user-centric solutions that integrate seamlessly into the bus
