About the Role A Solutions Program Manager ensures technical segment teams operate with consistent standards, learn from each other, and maintain alignment during product launches. You are responsible for ensuring that segment specific motions convert into measurable revenue outcomes that improve win rate, deal velocity, expansion conversion, and competitive displacement. This role works in close collaboration with the Directors of each segment, serving as a critical operational partner to translate strategic direction into structured, scalable programs across the team. Key Responsibilities Workflow Management by Segment — Proactively surface where technical workflows break down and architect programs that fix it. Prevent methodology drift as each team develops segment-specific nuances. Act as the centralized reference for product launches so technical deployment stays consistent across segments while respecting segment-appropriate motions. Role Utilization — Track and report stage conversion rates, cycle length, resource utilization, and technical qualification accuracy per segment. Surface utilization signals that inform staffing, ramp, and resource allocation decisions. Cross-segment Resource Development — Enhance centralized resources including project plan templates, demo catalogs, tec
