Benefits: Service Fee: ₱32,000 PHP Location: Remote – Philippines Job Type: Full Time | Day Shift (Sydney, Australia Time Zone) HMO coverage Performance-based annual incentive Clear path for career growth and development Essential Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management , Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination and/or graphic design , preferably in the real estate industry Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat (preferred but not required) and Canva Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift Willingness to undergo a background check About the Role: This role is responsible for providing support in marketing project launches for our real estate developments. The role focuses on preparing flyers, brochures, and related collateral to ensure that the sales teams have accurate and compelling information to support the property sales process. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and completion of the Individual lot flyers for new project and stock launches. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved sources and project information. Maintain consistent application of company design guidelines to ensure branding and style consistency across all materials. Apply quality assurance checks throughout the workflow to ensure all deliverables meet required standards. Monitor and report project progress and key performance indicators ( KPIs ) to the Project Operations Team Leader. Key Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Marketing, or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination and/or graphic design Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Qualifications: Bachelor
