Kentro is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs ESOM program. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models across the VA enterprise. The OCM Lead works closely with VA leadership, program management, and delivery teams to minimize disruption, build stakeholder alignment, and sustain long-term change outcomes in a complex federal IT environment. Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours. Responsibilities Change Strategy and Planning Develop and maintain a comprehensive OCM strategy and implementation plan aligned to VA ESOM program objectives and milestones Conduct organizational readiness assessments to identify change impacts, resistance risks, and adoption barriers across affected stakeholder groups Define change success metrics and establish a framework for measuring adoption, utilization, and proficiency over time Integrate OCM activities into the broader program schedule and coordinate with the PMO to ensure change workstreams are resourced and tracked Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Build and maintain a stakeholder engagement plan, mapping influence, impact, and communication needs across VA leadership and end-user communities Develop and execute a structured communications plan including an
