About the Role We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee software testing activities across enterprise technology projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, leading testing teams, managing testing schedules, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on testing experience within Agile and/or Waterfall environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality deliverables are achieved within project timelines. Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and functional requirements. Coordinate and manage all phases of testing, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Verification Testing (PVT). Lead and mentor QA Engineers and Test Analysts, providing guidance, task allocation, and performance support. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage. Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to support project delivery. Manage defect tracking, prioritisation, and resolution throughout the software development lifecycle. Prepare regular testing status reports, quality metrics, and project updates for stakeholders. Review testing deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and established testing methodologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and overall software quality. Support release planning and production deployment activities where required.
