The Customer Engineer (NCG) is an entry‑level role designed for high‑potential graduates with hands‑on technical exposure. The role partners closely with senior field service engineers, and technicians to support installation, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of Fab service solutions in real-world service environments. This position is ideal for candidates with strong technical foundations, relevant project or internship experience, and a clear motivation to build a career in field service, working at the intersection of equipment, and customer-facing operations while delivering high-quality service outcomes. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] in installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment Use digital analytics for troubleshooting Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues, with guidance from Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided) Coordinate and communicate directly with customers Fulfill additional duties, as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Completion of a Degree, military technical training, field service experience( internship), or trade certification Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges Basic mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics Familiarity with hand tools and their appropriate usage, including digital multimeters Effective written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a passport, if travel is required.
