Job Description
Manage assigned finance functions and ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of financial transactions and records. • Perform accounting activities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, GST, and financial reporting. • Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with reporting timelines and accounting standards. • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation, including balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations. • Maintain fixed asset records, bank reconciliations, and other accounting schedules. • Prepare and support GST submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and proper documentation of financial transactions. • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and liaise with internal and external stakeholders where required. • Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents. • Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and initiatives to improve operational efficiency. • Assist with finance-related projects, reporting requirements, and other duties as assigned.
