Job Summary Coordinate and supervise architectural work on-site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support the construction team in delivering high-standard infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise architectural work on-site to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project plans and specifications Liaise with architects, designers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project progression Review and approve architectural submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate with the construction team to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced project delivery Provide technical guidance and support to the site team to ensure work meets the highest standards Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle Maintain detailed records and project documentation for accurate tracking and reporting Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related engineering field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in infrastructure construction projects Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents Preferred competencies and qualifications Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic team environment Familiarity with local regulations and experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects
