To qualify for the Grade 15, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-14, it must include: Experience managing enterprise digital product portfolios from user-centric design through production promotion across Low-code, SaaS, and multi-cloud environments to modernize legacy systems. Experience institutionalizing DevSecOps frameworks by seamlessly embedding cyber resilience, proactive vulnerability reduction, and automated incident response into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience spearheading organizational business process reengineering to integrate artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent automation, and advanced data analytics into mission-critical workflows and governance structures.
