Job Description
As the Store Manager, you will directly report to the Retail Director. You will lead and develop the store's business strategically, fostering a culture of excellence in sales, client experience, and loyalty. You will effectively communicate the Maison's goals, vision, and strategies, inspiring and motivating your team through strong leadership. In collaboration with the Retail Director and other departments, you will proactively identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maximize sales and elevate the overall performance of the store. You will also embody the Maison's culture and values, playing an active role in talent recruitment, management, and development. Job Responsibilities Business Development Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability (P&L). This includes setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success. Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities, areas for improvement, and implement corrective action plans to enhance overall store performance. Possess a deep understanding of CELINE products, their history, and craftsmanship, enabling passionate and expert presentation to clients, enhancing the customer experience, and driving sales. Leverage all available resources, including Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Training, Client Management, Events, to maximize product categories and foster synergy across the Maison's offerings. Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence and the achievement of individual and collective goals through motivation, recognition, and ongoing feedback. Negotiate with external stakeholders to plan and execute events that align with the Maison's strategies and elevate brand presence.
