We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven individual to join the 3P Business Compliance team. This role will lead compliance program execution, risk identification, automation, and cross-functional coordination.The ideal candidate is a process-obsessed program manager who combines deep sales and account management knowledge with a passion for operational excellence. They thrive in ambiguous environments, can dissect complex business workflows to find inefficiencies or gaps, and build scalable mechanisms that stick. They bring a consultative mindset — understanding how sales teams operate, what drives their behavior, and how to design processes that achieve compliance outcomes without creating friction.
