Job Description
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Database Sales Specialist to lead strategic database adoption and migration initiatives across India's Public Sector segment. As a member of the India WWSO - 8+ years of technology sales, or 5+ years of technology sales experience - Experience in the advertising, media or agency landscape, and proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business - Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - • Deep understanding of enterprise database landscapes, licensing models (Oracle, SQL Server), and migration economics. - • Experience selling into India Public Sector or large regulated enterprises.
