Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum DevelopmentDesign and develop comprehensive training curriculum on Gen AI and Agentic AI fundamentalsCreate specialized training modules tailored to different technical domains:Infrastructure Engineering (AI infrastructure, GPU management, scaling AI workloads)Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure - AI/ML services and deployment patterns)DevOps & SRE (CI/CD for AI, monitoring AI systems, cost optimization, incident response)Network & Workplace (network infrastructure for AI workloads, edge AI considerations)Service Desk & IT Operations (AI-assisted ticket routing, chatbots, knowledge management)ServiceNow Integration (AI-powered workflows, automation, intelligent service delivery)Develop learning objectives, assessments, and success metrics for each moduleCreate hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world scenarios relevant to each audienceKeep curriculum current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practicesTraining DeliveryDeliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiencesConduct instructor-led workshops, webinars, and self-paced online coursesFacilitate hands-on labs and practical exercises with technical infrastructureAdapt training content and delivery style based on audience expertise and learning preferencesLead knowledge-sharing sessions and lunch-and-learn eventsMentor and coach team members on AI applications within their rolesAudience Engagement & AssessmentAssess learner understanding through quizzes, labs, projects, and feedbackEvaluate training effectiveness through post-course surveys and performance metricsIdentify skill gaps and recommend follow-up training or resourcesBuild inclusive learning experiences that engage participants from diverse technical backgroundsGather feedback and continuously improve training materials and deliveryContent & Knowledge ManagementDevelop and maintain training documentation, guides, and resource librariesCreate video tutorials, demos, and recorded sessions for on-demand learningBuild a knowledge repository of AI use cases and implementation examplesCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate technical accuracyMaintain training materials in accessible formats (videos, slides, documentation, labs)Program Development & SupportDesign training roadmaps that align with organizational learning goalsTrack training metrics (completion rates, satisfaction scores, skill acquisition)Identify opportunities for new training programs or upskilling initiativesSupport onboarding of new team members with AI and technology trainingWork with IT and operations teams to understand real-world challenges and translate them into training scenariosTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with service desk tools and processes, ideally ServiceNowHands-on experience with at least one of: infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, or IT service managementBasic understanding of Python, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code (beneficial but not required)Proficiency with presentation and training tools (PowerPoint, video editing, learning management systems)Gen AI & Agentic AI KnowledgeSolid understanding of generative AI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG)Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, workflows, and orchestrationKnowledge of AI applications in IT operations and infrastructure automationUnderstanding of AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI deploymentAbility to explain AI concepts in accessible, non-technical language
