We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/ Project Manager to join our Business Systems team.You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery while fostering an agile and collaborative environment. This role will be responsible for enhancing our cross-functional teamsthrough the Scrum framework, managing project timelines, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.What you’ll do Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles to ensure adherence and continuous improvement. Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and work to resolve conflicts within the team as a Scrum Master/ Project Manager. Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals.Project Manager Duties: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
