Description We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant to the General Manager who will support in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of experience looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks and project management. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders. Support in planning and organizing company events and meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in bachelors in engineering in mechanical field 1-5 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and Guajarati. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
