About the team:
Paytm Travel is the travel and ticketing platform of Paytm, offering seamless booking services for flights, trains, buses, hotels, and other travel-related needs. The platform leverages technology to simplify travel planning and booking for millions of users across India, providing a convenient, secure, and user-friendly experience through the Paytm ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
1)Support the roadmap for a key consumer-facing product within the travel ecosystem, owning well-defined features and flows end to end.
2) Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver features that resonate with users.
3) Participate in technical discussions, building an understanding of system design and architecture to make informed decisions.
4)Leverage AI technologies like LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), recommendation systems, and conversational agents to enhance product intelligence and personalization.
5)Balance speed and quality, prioritizing rapid iterations over perfection to meet market demands.
6)Dive into product metrics and user funnels to identify opportunities and measure impact of shipped features.
Requirements:
1)2+ years of product management experience in consumer internet companies (preferred); strong candidates from analytics, engineering, or design backgrounds transitioning into product are encouraged to apply.
2)Mobile product experience (Android, iOS) is a must, with a keen eye for user experience.
3)Should be able to have brainstorming discussions with tech on flutter vs native app.
4)Exposure to or curiosity about AI age
