The Care & Onboarding team builds and maintains the tools that enable the core workflows of our Customer Care Agents, Onboarding Consultants, and the broader Toast team. Our work directly impacts how Toast supports its restaurant customers at every stage of their journey. We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join this team and serve as our primary technical expert on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will design and deliver sophisticated Salesforce solutions that power our Care and Onboarding workflows, set the technical direction for our platform investments, and mentor developers across the team. You will partner closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
