This role support the design and build of SitusAMC’s technologies that includes internal software applications. This role works closely with Product Owners and Senior Business Analysts to support the design and delivery of new, innovative features for our current customers and the product roadmap. Business Analysts are embedded within agile teams, taking an active role in creating and maintaining user stories, supporting the agile development and QA team, and ensuring the successful completion of each sprint. Essential Job Functions: Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines. Respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans and priorities accordingly. Assign tasks as directed by manager Analyze information, including oral and written feedback from users, survey responses, and usage statistics to strengthen and validate requirements.
