Job Summary: Client Care Specialist(CCS) complete group therapy documentation during their shift, conduct bi-weekly meetings with clients to plan for discharge and establish an outpatient team, provide technical support, and ensure clients’ general well-being. Major Responsibilities: • Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments”). • Supports clients’ psychological safety. • Accounts for attendance and execution of missing person protocol and informs leadership as necessary. • Completes accurate and timely documentation for groups. • Ensures that documentation accurately reflects all changes in the client’s condition and notifies clinical staff of any noteworthy observations (e.g., psychological, and emotional symptoms, non-compliance in programming, and behavior usage). • Schedules and conducts bi-w
