Roles & Responsibilities Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities: (Tender QS and Project QS) Tender QS: Review tender documents and prepare competitive tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities/ Materials (BOQ & BOM). Analyse project specifications, drawings, and schedules to develop cost estimates. Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Collaborate with the business development and project teams to ensure tender compliance and alignment. Identify and mitigate tender risks to maximize project profitability. Project QS: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow. Evaluate and certify progress claims, variations, and final accounts for contractors and suppliers. Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize project delivery. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and manage disputes effectively. Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide accurate cost advice and updates. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. (Medium and Low Voltage Power Supply System) Min. 3 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and tender procedures. Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Salary Range: $4000 - $4500 Able to start immediately or on short notice
