The Community Psychology Hub (CPH) is dedicated to improving people’s lives through innovative, quality psychological and research services. We work in active collaboration with partners in the social service and public sector to provide care for persons with vulnerabilities alongside their families in the community. Overview Our team of researchers specialises in policy support, programme evaluation, implementation science, and continuous quality improvement research to improve services and outcomes for persons with diverse needs, including persons with disabilities and vulnerable populations. We partner closely with government agencies, service providers and implementation teams on funded research projects that evaluate social services programmes and generate evidence-based recommendations for policy and practice improvements. As a Research Associate/Psychologist with CPH, you will collaborate closely with your supervisor and a dynamic team of researchers in one or more projects. For this position you are expected to support the Project Principal Investigator and Department Head in the conduct of research activities. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead a team of researchers in research projects that support services for children and/or adults with diverse needs Participate in the entire research cycle Contribute to the management of the project by working together with the relevant project managers & project leads that lead to the following outcomes: Track and report project progress to funders every quarterly. Provide regular project updates to team and key stakeholders (e.g., senior management), ensuring the smooth running of the project. Ensure team’s compliance to projects protocols and guidelines. Ensure team’s adherence to project timelines and deliverables are delivered as planned. Ensure team’s adherence to data confidentiality, data storage and security.
