Job Description
The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for supportingthe company’s shipping, inventory, procurement, and store functions. This is adesk-bound role that requires independence, attention to detail, andcross-departmental support. Training will be provided through on-the-jobexposure, as this position is newly created. The role will evolve into a keysupportive function for Store, Operations, and Supplier Management, requiringthe ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is dynamic,respectful, hardworking, and adaptable. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing Source and obtain quotations from a list of approvedsuppliers. Generate Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system aftercustomer orders are confirmed. Support supplier communication via email and ensuretimely order processing. Shipping & Logistics Incoming Shipments: Receive shipments and validate against Purchase Orders(PORs) in the ERP system. Unpack and hand over items to IQA (Incoming QualityAssurance) for inspection. Outgoing Shipments: Prepare and verify shipping documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders for pickup via emailor online booking. Ensure all packaging meets company standards (each boxunder 9kg). Monitor and maintain stock of packing materials;replenish as required. Returns & Rework Create paperwork for Purchase Returns (PR) or PurchaseOrder Rework (POR) in ERP. Prepare and ship items (from FQC) back to suppliers forreturn or rework. Inventory & Production Support Create new part numbers (P/No.) and Bills of Materials(BOM) for projects or new purchases. Generate Manufacturing Orders (MOs) in ERP to supportproduction schedules. Maintain and update the Production Schedule (Excel) withdetails such as POR, MO, customer POs, part numbers, and shipment statuses. General Perform other duties as assigned.
