Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Service Assistant to handle enquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth customer experiences from enquiry to job completion. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media to provide timely support Deliver accurate information about company services and pricing to assist customer decision-making Schedule and coordinate service appointments between customers and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow Prepare quotations and invoices, and follow up with customers to confirm service agreements Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain and update accurate customer records in internal systems for reliable data management Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery Follow up with customers post-service and assist with payment collection when required Perform general administrative duties and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management Preferred competencies and qualifications Customer service experience to enhance customer interaction quality Experience using WhatsApp Business or CRM systems to support customer communication and record-keeping
