Job Description
Location:- Canada & Australia Experience:- 5-15 Salary:- 27LPA - 34LPA Monitor daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Work closely with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution. Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications and provide guidance to site personnel. Inspect construction work and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements. Track construction schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and conduct regular safety inspections. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, labor, materials, and equipment usage. Plan and monitor the use of construction materials, machinery, and manpower to avoid wastage and shortages. Identify site-related engineering problems and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions. Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with design, building codes, and contractual requirements.
