Job scope: Perform admission and discharge assessment Provide nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for support to service users and their caregivers (especially PT and OT) Plan, coordinate and execute activities that promotes participation while promoting client’s wellbeing Provide immediate care during medical emergencies Carry out daily required treatments and administer medication Job Requirements: Singaporeans only Diploma / Degree in Nursing Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board One day per week (weekday) Check out Aber Care Website for more details Interested applicants may email your updated resume to career@abercare.sg.
