JOB ID:1417214 Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire SME clients with business financing requirements, offering tailored unsecured and secured business loan solutions. Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits, with a strong focus on new client acquisition (80-90% hunting, 10-20% farming). Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand clients' financing requirements and recommend suitable lending solutions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities while achieving monthly loan disbursal and sales targets. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit and risk teams, to ensure smooth loan processing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service while building long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers. Key Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of B2B sales or relationship management experience, preferably in business banking, SME lending, or financial services. Proven track record in client acquisition and managing relationships with SME clients. Strong understanding of business financing products, including secured and unsecured business loans, is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
