Job Summary The Area Sales Manager project sales is responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by developing business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, industrial, EPC, government, and project-based sectors. The role involves customer acquisition, project tracking, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve regional sales targets and revenue objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, industrial, and manufacturing projects. Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business. Promote MSAFE's Aluminium Scaffolding, Formwork, Ladders, and Work-at-Height Solutions. Project Sales Management Track upcoming and ongoing projects in the assigned region. Build relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, project managers, and end users. Develop project sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Ensure timely submission of quotations and commercial proposals. Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Conduct regular customer meetings and project site visits. Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction. Team Management Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team. Monitor team performance and provide necessary support to achieve targets. Conduct regular reviews and training sessions for team members. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Identify new market opportunities and business prospects. Share market insights and business opportunities with management. Collections & Account Management Ensure timely payment collections and control outstanding receivables.
