This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers navigating leave processes, delivering a consistent and empathetic client experience. Key Responsibilities Administer employee leave requests including FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, state-mandated leaves, and personal/military leaves in accordance with applicable laws and company policy Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on leave-related inquiries, providing clear guidance on entitlements, documentation requirements, and timelines Review and process medical certifications and supporting documentation to determine leave eligibility Manage the labor laws.
